🛠️ Semi-Built Format
 
Our Broadway porch is supplied in a 'semi-built format' to streamline installation. The front apex roof section is delivered as one complete piece, while the front posts are pre-connected to the return beams, forming convenient pre-assembled 'L' sections. The rafters and ridge are supplied loose for final assembly on-site.
This semi-built design significantly reduces installation time compared to traditional flat-pack porch kits, which often involve assembling numerous individual components.

⚠️ Important Notes
 
🟡 This product is crafted from green oak, which is naturally prone to slight splits and cracks as it dries. This is completely normal and adds to the character of the material.
🚫 Roof tiles and battens are NOT included (only the oak structure is supplied).
 
 
🧴 Treatment
 
Your Broadway porch will arrive untreated (natural green oak).
We offer an optional first coat of factory-applied Tung oil for added protection. For optimal durability, we recommend applying three additional coats of Tung oil after installation, followed by a final coat of UV-protective clear oil such as OSMO OIL.
