Our porches are supplied in 'semi built format' the front apex roof section is one piece the side sections are also pre assembled as rectangular sections, the rafters and ridge are then supplied loose.
 
Having a porch in a semi built format saves a massive amount of work and time on site. A typical run of the mill kit form porch can prove difficult to assemble and can be extremely time consuming trying to piece together 100s of individual pieces.

Please note - This product is a green oak and is prone to slight splits and cracks throughout which is normal for green oak as a raw material

Treatment
 
Your porch will arrive untreated ( natural green oak )
 
We have an additional option for us to apply a first coat of factory oil, we use a Tung oil and always reccommend a further 3 coats of tung oil are applied once your porch has been installed then use a final coat of a UV protection clear oil such as OSMO OIL.
