The drawing above is the The Hartlebury at its standard size — but no two we make are quite the same. In the designer you set the exact beam width, leg height and frame depth to suit your entrance, and every joint is re-drawn and re-priced live as you change it.
The frame is cut from fresh-sawn green oak in our Worcestershire workshop: traditional mortice and tenon joints, drawn tight with 20mm oak pegs — no brackets, no screws in the frame. It arrives as a numbered kit with your drawings, ready to install in a day.
